How to Use Multiple Accounts on One Phone
Keep personal, business and side-project accounts separate on the same phone. How Yapie's multi-account switcher works, plus when to use Yapie Work instead.
Many people juggle a personal number and a business number — often with two phones or "dual app" hacks. Yapie supports multiple accounts natively.
Add another account
1. Open **Settings › Accounts**. 2. Tap **Add account**. 3. Sign in or create the second account. You can even connect to a **different Yapie server**.Switch between accounts
Go to **Settings › Accounts** and tap the account you want. Each account keeps its own chats, settings, notifications and privacy options.Do you need a second account for work?
Maybe not. Yapie has a built-in **Work** switch: your organisation's chats, attendance, approvals and reports live in a separate space under the same account, and your employer's admins never see your personal chats. A second account makes sense if you want a completely separate identity — for example a public creator account.Tips
- Give each account a **different profile photo** so you always know which one you're using. - Use **different privacy settings** — stricter on the personal account, more open on the business one. - Turn on **two-step verification** for each account.Frequently asked questions
