Acceptable use

Don't use Yapie to:

We may remove content, restrict features or suspend accounts that break these rules. You can appeal from inside the app.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us the permission we need to store, transmit and display your content in order to run Yapie (for example, delivering a message or showing a public post). Content you post publicly on Discover can be seen and shared by anyone.

Yapie Work

Organisations that use Yapie Work are responsible for how they use it with their staff, including informing employees about attendance and location check-in and complying with employment and privacy law.

Wallet and agents

Premium, verification badges and business plans are charged as shown in the app before you confirm. Unless the law says otherwise, payments for time already used are not refundable.

Availability and changes

We work hard to keep Yapie running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features, and we'll update these terms when needed, with notice in the app for important changes.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Yapie is provided "as is" and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
