Help and support
The fastest way to reach us is from inside the app: Settings › Help & support › New ticket. Choose a topic — account, wallet, Yapie Work, recovery, abuse or a bug — and we'll reply in the same thread and notify you. Tickets automatically include your app version and device, so you don't have to look them up.
Recover deleted chats or files
Go to Settings › Backup, import & export › Request a recovery and tell us what you lost and roughly when. We'll restore it into your account as a "Recovered" chat.
Report abuse
Long-press a message or open a profile and choose Report. For urgent safety concerns, open a ticket with the topic Report abuse / safety.
Yapie Work for your business
Want to roll out Yapie Work across a company or a group of companies? Open a ticket with the topic Yapie Work and tell us your team size.
Security issues
Please report vulnerabilities privately with a ticket (or the address listed in /.well-known/security.txt) and give us time to fix them before public disclosure. See Security.
