#Why put work inside a messenger?

Your team already lives in chat. Yapie Work puts the boring-but-important parts of running a company next to the conversation: who checked in, what's waiting for approval, which report is late, and when the next meeting starts. One switch at the top of the app moves between Me and Work, so personal chats and company tools never mix.

#Frequently asked questions

Can employees check in from home?

Only if you allow it. With office geofences set and remote check-in off, check-in works only inside the office radius.

Do managers see employees' personal chats?

No. Work and personal spaces are separate. Admins see work data such as attendance, requests and reports — never private messages.

Can I run several companies?

Yes. Link companies into a group to see consolidated attendance and report dashboards while each company keeps its own settings.

Can approvals be changed after they're approved?

Approved requests are locked. Any administrative change is recorded in the audit log with who made it and when.
