How to Send Money in a Chat With the Yapie Wallet

Paying a friend back or sending money to family should be as easy as sending a message.

#1. Set up your wallet

1. Open **Wallet** (from the menu). 2. Verify your **email or phone** if you haven't — wallet features need one verified contact. 3. Set a **wallet PIN**. You'll need it for every transfer.

#2. Add credit

In **Wallet › Add / withdraw**, choose a method: - **Card** - **Bank deposit** or **bank app** - **Easypaisa** or **JazzCash** - **Cash at agent** — hand cash to a Yapie agent, who credits your wallet on the spot

Available methods depend on your Yapie server.

#3. Send money in a chat

1. Open the chat with the person. 2. Tap the **attachment** button › **Transfer**. 3. Enter the **amount** and an optional note. 4. Confirm with your **PIN**.

The transfer appears in the chat, and both of you see it in Wallet › History.

#4. Withdraw

Cash out through an **agent** or to a **bank account (IBAN)** from **Wallet › Add / withdraw**.
