Stories

Tap the **story bubble** at the top of your chat list. Add a photo or a coloured text card. Choose **who can see it** — your contacts or **close friends** only. Stories disappear after **24 hours**.

Moments

A private feed like WeChat Moments. Post text and photos for **your contacts** or **close friends**. Friends can like and comment; strangers can't see them.

Discover posts

Public posts with **hashtags**, **follows**, **reposts** and **tips**. Choose who can reply. See the [Discover guide](/blog/discover-public-feed-guide).

Close friends

Mark people as **close friends** from their profile (**Close friend (sees close-friends stories)**). Share more personal stories and Moments with just them.

Quick decision guide

- "Look at this sunset!" → **Story**. - "We got engaged!" (for people you know) → **Moment**. - "Here's my guide to remote jobs" → **Discover post**.
