Yapie integrations — WordPress, WooCommerce, Odoo, ERPNext, Salesforce, Dynamics, SAP and Oracle

All integrations use the Yapie API, which needs a paid developer plan. The website chat button works with any Yapie account.

#WordPress & WooCommerce

Download the plugin and upload it in Plugins › Add New › Upload Plugin.

• Chat button on every page, as a widget, or with the [yapie_button] shortcode.
• Sign in with a Yapie code — a passwordless option on the login page; the code arrives as a Yapie message.
• WooCommerce order messages — customers hear from you on Yapie whenever an order changes status.

#Odoo (17, 18, 19)

Download the modules and unzip them into your addons folder, then install Yapie Connector.

• A Message on Yapie button on every contact.
• Automatic messages when a sales order is confirmed or a customer invoice is posted (switch them on in Settings › Yapie).
• The Sales and Invoicing parts install themselves when those apps are present.

#ERPNext / Frappe (v14–v16)

Download the app, then bench get-app it and bench --site yoursite install-app yapie.

• Yapie Settings with your bot token.
• Messages to customers when a Sales Order or Sales Invoice is submitted.
• yapie.api.send_message, send_otp and verify_otp for your own scripts.

#Enterprise systems

Download the samples:

#Frequently asked questions

Do the plugins cost anything?

The plugins are free. Sign-in codes and automatic messages use the Yapie API, which needs a developer plan.

Is my bot token safe in WordPress, Odoo or ERPNext?

It's stored in each system's settings (as a password field where available) and only sent to Yapie over HTTPS. Use a separate bot for each system so you can revoke one without affecting the others.
