#The basic idea

An agent keeps two things: **cash** in the drawer and **digital balance** (float) in their wallet.

Cash-in (top-up)

1. You hand the agent cash. 2. The agent sends the same amount from their float to your wallet. 3. You both see the transaction.

Cash-out (withdraw)

1. You send digital balance to the agent. 2. The agent hands you the same amount in cash (minus any posted fee).

The agent's cash and float just swap places — the agent earns a small commission.
