Two kinds of shop
- Online shops sell clothes, electronics, beauty, handmade goods and more, and ship anywhere by courier with a tracking number.
- Nearby shops are restaurants, groceries, pharmacies and bakeries around you. They deliver right away, usually with a Yapie rider.

Order in a few taps
- Pick sizes and colours, add to your cart and choose a delivery address. Keep several addresses (home, work, family) and switch with one tap.
- Pay cash on delivery or from your Yapie wallet. Wallet payments are held safely until your order arrives and refunded at once if it's cancelled or returned.
- Free delivery over a set amount, minimum orders and delivery fees are shown before you place the order.
Your order lives in a chat
Every order appears as a card in your chat with the shop, showing each step from confirmed or accepted to packed, shipped, on the way and delivered.
- Confirm by message: for cash-on-delivery orders the shop asks you to confirm. Just reply YES, or NO to cancel.
- Type track any time for an instant update with the courier, tracking number or time left.
- Nearby orders show who is bringing it and how far away they are. You give the rider your 4-digit delivery code only when you have your order, so nobody else can mark it delivered.
Open your own shop
Anyone with a verified account can open a shop for free and pay a small commission only on delivered orders.
- Products with photos, sizes and colours, stock and sale prices.
- A shop inbox where you and your staff answer customers as the shop. Short replies update orders: accept 20, packed, shipped TCS 1234, ready, delivered.
- Staff roles: managers run products, orders and reports; operators handle orders and the inbox.

- Reports: sales, best sellers, customers and a statement of every delivered order.
- Delivery your way: Yapie riders deliver automatically when a nearby shop accepts an order. You can also deliver yourself, or book a rider for any order.
