YapieDeliver with Yapie — earn as a rider or run a delivery agency
Deliver orders from shops near you and keep the delivery fee, or run a delivery agency with your own riders and areas. Jobs come to you automatically; a security deposit and limits keep every delivery safe.
Deliver and earn
- Open Work › Deliver in the Yapie app and choose Deliver and earn.
- Pay a refundable security deposit from your wallet. The deposit is your limit for cash orders.
- Go online. Jobs from shops near you appear by themselves and as a notification, showing the fee you earn, the distance and the cash to collect.
- Accept, pick up, deliver. Map and call buttons take you to the shop and the customer, and you can chat with the customer in Yapie.
- The customer gives you a 4-digit code when they get the order, which completes the delivery.
- You keep the delivery fee, never less than the minimum per job. See your earnings for today, the week and all time.
How the limit keeps deliveries safe
When you pick up a cash order, the amount you'll hand over (the order total minus your fee) is counted against your limit. When your limit is used up, you can't take new jobs until you settle the cash from your wallet, hand it in at Yapie, or top up your deposit. If you can't deliver, the order goes back to the shop, and your limit is freed once the shop confirms it has the goods back.
Run a delivery agency
Companies can take responsibility for deliveries in their areas.
- Prepaid packages set your agency's limit, for example a Rs 20,000 limit for Rs 10,000.
- Areas: add the areas you cover. Orders from shops inside them come to your riders first; if no one takes them in time, independent riders get them.
- Your own riders deliver under your limit with no deposit. See who's online, what each rider owes you, and record the cash you receive.
- Settle with Yapie from your wallet whenever you like.
- Sign shops up with your agency code and earn a share of Yapie's commission on their orders, paid to your wallet every week.
