Introducing Yapie Shops — Shop Online or Nearby, Right in Your Chats

Most online orders in Pakistan already end up in a chat: "is this available in medium?", "please confirm your order", "where is my parcel?". Yapie Shops puts the whole order inside that chat, so you never copy order numbers between apps again.

#Two kinds of shop

Online shops sell clothes, shoes, beauty products, electronics, handmade goods and more, and ship anywhere by courier with a tracking number.

Nearby shops are the restaurants, groceries, pharmacies and bakeries around you. They deliver right away, usually with a Yapie rider.

Open Shops in the app and pick Online or Nearby. Tap a category tile — Medicine & pharmacy, Groceries, Clothing, Fashion & accessories, Food & restaurants and more — or search for a product.

#Ordering takes a few taps

1. Open a shop, choose a product and pick its size or colour.
2. Add it to your cart and choose one of your saved addresses — home, work or your parents' place.
3. Choose cash on delivery or your Yapie wallet and place the order.

If you pay from the wallet, Yapie holds the money until your order arrives. If the shop cancels or the order comes back, the money returns to your wallet straight away.

#Your order lives in the chat

Every order appears as a card in your chat with the shop, with each step from confirmed to delivered:

• Confirm by message. For cash-on-delivery orders the shop asks you to confirm. Reply YES, or NO to cancel.
• Track any time. Type track and the shop replies at once with the status, courier, tracking number or minutes left.
• Ask anything in the same chat: sizes, colours, timing.

For nearby orders you see who is bringing your order and how far away they are. Give the rider your 4-digit delivery code only when you have your order in hand — that's how the delivery is completed, so nobody can mark it delivered without you.

#Open your own shop for free

Anyone with a verified account can open a shop under Shops › My shops. You get products with photos and stock, an inbox your staff can answer from as the shop, short replies that update orders ("packed", "shipped TCS 1234", "accept 20"), an instant reply for when you're busy, reports, and a weekly payout straight into your wallet. Yapie keeps a small commission only on delivered orders.
